Everything about this place is great! The staff is helpful, the place is clean, the prices are good! The food is fresh and delicious! I highly recommend the fried rice it's really a must when you come here! Their sushi rolls are all very fresh as well!

Lately Chikurun has been my go to DoorDash order because they hit every time! I usually get a bento box because it is an amazing deal. It's approximately 20 dollars for your choice, I usually go with beef negimaki or salmon teriyaki. It comes with vegetables, white rice, two shumai, and California roll inside the box. In addition they give you a miso soup and salad PLUS an app choice of either shumai, gyoza, or shrimp and veg tempura. So extreme bang for your buck not only that but amazing quality always fresh taste. Highly recommend!

I have not been here in years but stopped by today and it was as good as I remembered it to be! Our server was friendly and quick!

This place does the job well enough and is close enough to my parents' place that it's the location we usually use when getting Japanese food. It's standard fare and the quality is fine. No complaints and no raves. When ordering via apps such as Grubhub, I have requested certain things and they actually read the notes and called about something. Now I usually call in advance to make a note of something for an upcharge and they usually tell me to add a sauce for the additional charge. The woman I usually speak with is nice and the orders are correct. The tempura sauce is good and I feel the need to make note of that because lots of places these days no long have/make good sauces and without sauces, the food is not the same. Overall, it's a solid choice right there in the middle, but it gets that extra push for it being a go-to for my family.

Reasonable pricing with good number of options to choose from. Would recommend for casual dinner or takeout when you feel like eating a lot and not worried about plating/aesthetics.

I ordered through Doordash right when they opened and food was ready within 30 minutes. We got their 3 roll lunch special and it comes with a salad and a soup. The ingredients are fresh and the rolls are good! Its a great place for lunch! The place has many tables available for dine in as well! The staff aren't very attentive in my opinion. I came in and wasn't greeted for some time. The lady who gave me my order was friendly though! I'd recommend this place if you're looking to satisfy your sushi cravings!

I have been coming to chikurin religiously these past few months to get my fix of sushi. My absolute favorite go-to order is the Sakedon, which is an order of 12 piece salmon sashimi with rice and your choice of soup or salad. Every time I order, the fish is fresh and so tasty! I can't get enough! and the price is just right, around $20 or so. If I can make it for the lunch special, the lunch bento is an amazing deal! It comes with your choice of meat, tempura, and sides. This is also the only place I know that offers both soup and salad with their lunch specials. And you can never go wrong with a two/three roll lunch special. Orders always come out timely and is always ready for me when I call for pickup. Highly recommend this solid sushi restaurant!
